Paid internship in the eContent Production Department»

N-Educatio sp. o.o. is looking for editors-trainees. The training program includes:

  • providing interns the knowledge about the process of preparing content for digital publishing;
  • training in tools and good practices in the production of e-learning materials;
  • working under the supervision of a mentor on the adaptation of static content to engaging professional development courses in English.

Our requirements:

The internship will take place at the company’s headquarters at ul. Nowowiejskiego 11 in Poznań. The interns will be assigned to their mentors who will ensure they are properly trained to acquire a new set of skills with the use of appropriate tools.

Must-haves:

  • student status;
  • advanced command of English;
  • availability (at least 20h/week);
  • good computer skills;
  • good teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • good understanding of Gimp/Photoshop;
  • good understanding of Audacity.

We offer training in:

  • instructional design for e-learning courses;
  • editorial processes and best practices;
  • using Gimp/Photoshop;

Responsibilities:

  • Writing clean, efficient and testable code in Javascript and HTML5;
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs;
  • Developing functional and appealing interfaces based on newest trends;
  • Collaborating with other team members and taking part in workshops focused on improving the quality of our applications (i.e. pair programming and code reviews);
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

In our projects, our main focus is the high quality of code. We achieve this goal by employing methods and practicises such as  Behavior-driven development, Test-driven development, Continuous integration and pair programming.

Must-haves:

  • Proficient understanding of JavaScript;
  • Good understanding of AngularJS framework;
  • Understanding task automation using grunt and gulp;
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3;
  • Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS;
  • Accountability and availability;
  • Team spirit;
  • B1 English proficiency level or higher;
  • Your code sample.

  • Understanding Ionic Framework, Node.js, Backbone, Marionette, RequireJS;
